FORGE & KUT Incubator ’26 is built for founders, operators, and product builders who want to test their idea in the real world, with direct input from experienced practitioners and peers.
What We’re Building
Across nine weeks, the cohort moves from problem mapping and customer validation to MVP scope, positioning, and the first go-to-market motion. Every session is practical, with work designed to move the company forward.
The program runs in person in Zagreb and connects participants with mentors across technology, product, growth, and investment.
The Outcome
By Demo Day on 15 December, each team will have a sharper story, a testable next step, and a clearer path from idea to execution.
